Before returning an item, please contact the Customer Service team, who will then ensure a hassle-free return.
The steps you will need to take are:
1. Contact us to request a Returns Number. You can contact us by phone on 0845 838 7402 (International: +44 845 838 7402) or email: service@wrapmaster.co.uk
2. Fill in a Returns Form. A copy of the form can be [downloaded here] in Adobe PDF format which can be filled out and posted to the address below, or you can request that a form be sent to you.
3. Return the goods AND the Returns Form to the Wrapmaster Division address. You must ONLY send returned goods to the Wrapmaster Division address. The returns address is:

Summary of returns-services:
If you have received damaged or faulty goods then we will replace them once we have received the damaged or faulty product in our warehouse.
If you simply don't like what you bought then once you've returned it we will credit your card. All goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. Goods must be returned unused and in an "as new" condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
In all cases, goods must be returned in their original packaging, securely wrapped to prevent damage.
The Kestrel Group Ltd will not accept responsibility for any item not returned to our postal address.
If the return is due to an error we have made, we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please contact our customer service team with your details.
